Well, the hearing didn't go exactly the way we hoped, but the bright side is they wanted attorney fees and didn't get them. Some Women Judge showed up and not the Man Judge that knows all that has gone on for the past 3 years. Gee, that didn't seem fair at all. She ruled against our motions to add. John and Jana were a no show, only the attorney. The Lady Judge chose to protect John and Jana, after hearing lie after lie from their attorney. I was put on the stand to testify about why they should be added, but of course nothing I said made any difference. She was going to rule against adding them no matter what I said once their attorney painted for the court the vision of what a substantive corporate entity Insulated Wall Systems is and how even if John Tabor died tomorrow the company would carry on without him. That we should have no concerns whatsoever about its ability to satisfy a Judgment in this case. About how John Tabor bought this already successful company in 1995 and how it employs so many nice people. My comeback to some of that from the stand was, then if that is true, then John Tabor definitely lied under oath about his company in his deposition. If Tabor had been there then we could have put him on the stand, but so conveniently for him, he wasn't. So I guess, we have nothing to worry about then, IWS should be able to pay up, with no problem, when the time comes. Yeah Right, I'll believe that when I see it.

Next step is either mediation or a trial. Oh Goody just more money down the drain. Our attorney says we have a winnable case, and mediation may be a good way to stop the bleeding. We offered that from the very beginning, but no, John Tabor had to carry out his promise of putting us through extensive litigation first. I just hope and pray that little ditty comes back to haunt him.

In relation to "Bob Gob" even noticing that we are gone..It appears to me that he has his head so far up his a$$ that he won't even notice! I was so surprised at a comment he made on his Blog today. He told one poster that he'd better be glad that he "Let Him Post!" I really didn't think he had any B@lls, but he must! Maybe he woke up on day and found them! lol

Georgia Peach..sorry to hear about you court problems. As usual, the guys with power all stick together! So Sad. A friend of ours went to mediation & again it appears to be a personality thing. Either you get a good & fair one, or you get the pitts! It is a toss up. Good Luck!

TDO was interesting today ref: blood found at high school resulted in 2 teens having sex in a bathroom!

I bet the silver wrapper from my Preparation H, that this is just a little story in tomorrows Hard Copy on the 2nd page of the Local Section. Can't wait to see if I am right!

It will Georgia Peach-many things are going to haunt him.
It does seem funny that the judge familiar with the case was removed just for this hearing.
The undercurrent of the law is tricky dickey to say the least. As always good vibes for you and the position your in.

that was the only news report that clearly told where that car tag was taken from. the owner said her car had broken down and was parked near the trailhead there in nc. while her name got out in the public in a hurry i didn't read how he came to have it. i still am a little fuzzy on whether the tag was still on the car when he took it, or inside the car. nothing is ever very clear about this stuff.
