Plenty of crime here in ChiTown, but I think the cold keeps the GMH types in line a bit....hard to camp out during our winters...

I would probably not be posting here were it not for the time I spent living in Miami and Marietta, GA....and creepy to think that I was in both places when GMH was there.

Also, I was very affected by the ( awful) way that GMH used his dog in his crimes ( luring victims)

I visited Tallahassee only once, in the 70's, and found it to be a beautiful place

Taze - I'm still looking for a Professional Journalist for you. I know I've seen one before, but it's been awhile. It was probably someone with St. Petersburg Times. It has won six Pulitzers since 1964.

As for current GMH news in Tallahassee, I'm glad to see that for the second time the judge in the GMH case has denied a request to dismiss Hilton's murder indictment because grand jurors may have been biased by media coverage.

Circuit Judge Terry Lewis released his order reaffirming his earlier position late Friday. His public defenders wanted the state to call a new grand jury and reindict Hilton; alternatively, they wanted to question the grand jurors who indicted him.

Prosecutors argued that Florida law doesn't allow a grand jury to be recalled after it has finished its six-month term. The term of the grand jury that indicted Hilton expired June 1.

As far as Wolf's comments left at Bob's blog and the Cheryl Dunlap forum where he states " sounds to me like 'Game Playing', or interference, or at least an incompetent attempt to sabatoge an effective tool to get the truth out as opposed to censorship....." this is the same crap I am so very tired of reading from him. When I first mentioned taking a break from TDO he said I was "transparent" which he later edited to say "inspirational" and inevitably he will say it is I, or one of my aliases, that is "running interference" maybe going so far as to jam computers.

To be honest, his posts are the main reason I am tired of adding to the conversation. If he has a theory, present it. I am no longer interested in taking my time to read for the umteenth time his "revelations" or the old news he pastes like new.

There has to be a middle ground, as in 2 + 2 = 4. You just don't get to 4 without something else added in that makes it work.

I have a big project due very soon so I don't have the time to spend looking at things closely right now. One question is, however, about the recent decision not to reindict. When was the original indictment handed down and defendent charged? When was that Grand Jury released?

Taz, I saw what Wolf had originally written. I've noticed a lot of "things" he does. Apparently he wants to stay in the public's eye as much as possible, so you should be able to post here without further taunting. I enjoy your posts, so when you have the time to chatter stop by.

TAZZ, Fungsway & OTHERS...I tend to be very intuative...& for the life of me I can NOT warm up to WS.(G A).
When I read his posts, the hair stands up on the back of my neck. Seriously, I get the weirdest, gut level feelings.

Just wonder if he is in fact GMH...just sitting in jail jerking our chains?? Hope to heck that is not the case.

I have thought about this a lot...&...what if he is the missing piece..the helper that we have all wondered about? He could have very well been in Tallahassee with GMH...just "along for the ride"!! That would sure explain many of the questions that we ALL have. Moving Cheryl's Car, the abduction, the Person in the white van that Dear ole Grumpy alluded to. Also, If he were left in the National Forest, he could have been looking after Cheryl & keeping her quiet. Did GMH really work ALONE?

I love my intuition and empathetic qualities! I strive to "listen"..to my gut-it being part of the brain in gestation for alil while. It can be considered the "first brain" imo. I serioulsy doubt that GA has anything to do in conjuction with GMH deeds.
I do believe GMH has and had helpers. I do tbelieve GA has truth's to be discovered and revealed.
Will they ever be? I hope they can be-=but like all great mysteries-you take what you can get from them and discern the information to best validate it in your own head and mind.

I am very, very uncomfortable with WS and his ceaseless and unending posts.

Hello All, I wanted to let you know AOL is shutting down all the hometown journals along with all the websites that they have been providing the space for. I have been a loyal paying AOL customer for more than 10 years and in fact they just increased my fees in August. The terms of our contract includes the storage space for my websites and journals. What their move to do away with all that now means is I will be spending a great deal of extra work converting everything to work with new software and spending a tremendous amount of time moving everything to its new location. It will also mean that all the links out there to the information I provided will becoming obsolete by Oct. 31.

I have started the process already but believe me it isn't going to be fun. So if you want anything that is posted there please feel free to copy and save it somewhere you can find it for any future reference. As I posted in my latest entry I will let it be known where it has all moved to once the move is complete. I will still be following the story along with the rest of you, but please feel free to drop me a line when something new is revealed just incase I missed it.

I have this other pesky task to prepare for now in less than 16 days (on Oct. 20) and that is the jury trial concerning the defective work done by John J. Tabor and Insulated Wall Systems, Inc. while Gary Michael Hilton was in their employ and working at our home, contrary to the lies told by the Tabors under oath and on the public news.

Wish us luck because we are going to need it with a legal system that seems more interested in protecting those who operate as so called corporations from their misdeeds and especially when the misdeeds were done by one of its very own. We shall see but if the past is any indication of the future, Tabor may be allowed once again to escape the consequences of his very own actions.

The sham alter ego Tabor calls Insulated Wall Systems which has no substance to it AT ALL will simply fold up leaving us with nothing and no one to satisfy a judgment in our favor for the harm that was done to our home, to my husband's body, and to our peace and enjoyment of life for the last 3 years. There is something terribly wrong with a legal system that keeps itself blind to the truth and the facts by allowing the Lawyers to outright lie repeatedly to it. When you bring the lies to its attention it will do nothing, because Lawyers are allowed to lie and to twist the facts on behalf of their client. It is their job and they are trained to be good at it. Hopefully a jury in our case can tell the difference between the truth and the lies, that is only if the Judge will not interfer.

For those of you who are not in Tallahassee..Do you remember the man who was found stabbed to death on Dec.4, 2007..just as Cheryl's Case was hitting the news outlets!

Talla Demo. has a story "Charges Filed in Gerrard Slaying" online. It appears that it was an employee (Migel Oyola) & robbery was the motive! He has been in jail/prisonl since 3 days after the murder!

Once again LE's had their case solved by accident! LOL Amazing that it took 10 months to get the case to the Grand Jury! Guess this is WHY we are waiting so long for the action on GMH!

What happened to some of the other people on TDO & BBC? I still have email addresses for some people. I should shoot them a line & invite them here!
